We are pleased to announce that the second round of public consulations took place during the second week of this month and were attended by over 150 people. Ask Property Developments would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your increasing and continued support.
This month saw a number of participants attending the consulations and we have received a great deal of positive feedback from you commenting on how pleased you are to see that the scheme is moving forward. We are currently considering all of the comments made and we would like you to keep them coming either by email or by post., details of both can be found on the Contact Us page of this website.
It is proposed that planning will be submitted in July/August 2008 and we would like to hear from you until this point to help inform our work further. Ask Property Developments would like to thank the local community of Compstall for participating in the first stage of public consultation on the proposed regeneration of the Compstall Mills Estate.
Over 100 people attended our 3-day public exhibition at St Paul’s Church Hall last November and provided us with feedback on our emerging regeneration strategy. We have also been sent comments and suggestions by email, post and via the comments page on this website. We are now in the process of putting together a detailed regeneration proposal and this feedback is helping to inform our work.
We will be inviting the local community to participate in a further period of consultation on our detailed proposals in the next few weeks. This consultation will include architect’s plans and images of all new and refurbished buildings and a model of the whole site. Details of the various consultation events will be posted here.
